Working at BARC


Fueled by passion, knowledge, innovation and a 76,000 Sq. Ft. facility, BARC  is a team of employees, volunteers, board members, supporters, and other community members with one mission: to develop and sustain a positive environment for arts, education, recreation and business.


Unified by the belief that our community and region needs and desires a safe, attractive and cost effective space to offer educational opportunities, community arts and recreational events and activities as well as spaces to conduct professional business, we focus on those we serve, our building and grounds  and for each other. 


Individuals and groups are welcome! We have short-term projects as well as ongoing. Projects are available inside the building or out on our grounds:


Volunteers are asked to complete a form before working. Contact the BARC Office for this form and to schedule a time to volunteer.
