          WINDOM'S ALL-CLASS REUNION

In this unique year, the All-Class Reunion Committee is concerned for everyone's safety and welfare.  Your patience and

understanding is appreciated as the event planned for 2020 is cancelled and as plans are made for the event in 2021.

COMMUNICATION:  Please check the website pages often for the latest information and continue  to share it with your classmates, family and friends as 2020 progresses into 2021.
At this point mass mailings to graduates / staff are not planned for 2021, mainly due to the expense involved.  The planning committee will once again rely on everyone's assistance in getting the word out.  Please don't assume that your friends are up-to-date with information regarding the reunion...
COMMUNICATE with them!

Facebook page is Windom All-Class Reunion 2020.  It would be appreciated if you provide the year that you graduated or were employed, along with your last name at that time, with your posts.
Any information that you provide will only be used as necessary for the All-Class Reunion; it will
not be distributed or marketed in anyway.

*  ACTIVITIES:   Windom Riverfest, Inc. is collaborating with the Cottonwood County Fair to stage the 2020 fair/festival on Wednesday, August 12th through Sunday, August 16th.  Please refer to the Schedule page under the Riverfest Tab above for specific times and locations of events.   Information on the events to be held at the Cottonwood County Fair can be found on the fair's website:  cottonwoodcountyfair.org

FINANCES:  The All-Class Reunion needs to be self-sufficient, generating its own funding to defray expenses of the event.  To facilitate funding we will be asking for a $ 5 registration fee from those who attend.  Donations are also welcomed.
Expenses include communication and promotion, office supplies and support, signage and decorations, facility usage and technical service and support.  It is not the intent of the All-Class Reunion to make a profit.  If there is a surplus, a fund will be established for the next All-Class Reunion, and depending on the amount, donations may be made to non-profit groups that have facilitated the All-Class Reunion.
